Description:

Software Developer with expertise in JBOSS admin (configuration & operations)

MUST-HAVES

• Hands-on experience configuring and operating JBoss EAP 7. x in various environments. Windows knowledge is required.
• Experience with JBoss to help with support, config multiple instances, clustering (standalone), best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with administrative tools like Administrative Console, management command line interface, AdminShell, server migration, etc.
• Required knowledge: Patching application server, configuring access control, security domain, custom EJB auth., configuring non-XA data sources (Oracle), configuring logging, JVM properties, removing unnecessary services, load balancer and failover
• Experience migrating and configuring Elytron security framework with Java 17 and using Kerberos, SSO, and JAAS realm - HIGHLY DESIRABLE

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 and 8 and essential server administration practices
• Hands-on task automation and scripting
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Ansible
• Configuring MQ and custom modules
• Troubleshooting using core dumps, etc

• This role is specifically for a Workday Consultant with  5+ years’ experience at a Senior level of functional, technical, and configuration knowledge in Workday HCM.
• Implementation experience with a focus on Core, Compensation, and recruiting modules.
• Must have performed a Senior Functional Analyst role in the previous Projects.
• Elicits requirements working with Business stakeholders. Able to communicate the process with details.
• Documents accurate, testable, and clear requirements that articulate business needs, and address the impact on existing applications, security, fraud, and data privacy needs, key risks, and constraints
• Creates BRD, FRD, Non-Functional Specs, UI Mock ups. Communicates requirements to design, development, and test teams and supports these teams throughout the SDLC process
• Reviews in-progress work item to ensure the produced work item is in alignment with the requirement
• Acts as a conduit between business and engineering teams. Works with business stakeholders in defining and finalizing scope for release, plan and executing user acceptance testing
• Certain engagements may additionally require semiconductor and manufacturing domain experience

Special Requirement :

• Strong consolidations/Group Reporting resource also with experience using SAP's Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation (ICMR) tool.
• Must have hands-on experience with GR and ideally a BCS background as the client is moving from BCS to GR.
• Excel skills with vlookups and pivot tables to support extensive data reconciliation are also required.

Functional/Technical competencies:

• Have a deep understanding and relevant experience on ITOM AIOPs & Cross Correlation   Platform
•  Have relevant experience in ServiceNow configuration
•  Be able to understand the Silva ITOM & ITSM design
•  Have relevant project management experience and be able to manage several open  topics in parallel and steer them from end to end
•  Be able to drive and explain the End to End Process to manage Event Management including AIOPs
•  Be able to propose an approach aligned with the defined convergence objectives
•  Be able to understand AXA's complex organization

• Should have experience in playing the role of an MDM Architect
• Experience in leading large MDM Implementation (5 6).
• Good Knowledge of Hierarchy, GUI, and Match / Merge Processes.
• MDM Data Modelling experience ¿ Experience in implementing various models of MDM (Customer, Product, Supplier, Location, Asset)
• Use Case & Modelling and/or designing Data Warehouse using Embarcadero/Erwin/Designer/Power Designer
• Good Knowledge of at least one Data Quality tool (Quality Stage, Informatica IDQ, Trillium, OEDQ)
• Good Knowledge of at least one ETL Tool (Data Stage/ Informatica Power Centre/ Talend DI/STEP ETL)

• Must be Flexible to work on site in Riyadh.
• Bank / Finance industry is a plus.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of new requirements.
