ServiceNow Tech Lead As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for making code and config changes in ServiceNow as per business requirements, prepare necessary documentations, perform unit and system testing and fix defects.
Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.
Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Experience working as a team lead role
Hands on experience in ITSM modules
Handon experience in implementing various integration using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps and plugins etc.
Hands on experience on Now Mobile app
Hands on experience on Virtual Agent
Hands on experience on Integration hub
ServiceNow mainline certification
CSA/CAD and at least one CIS (ITSM preferred)
Proficiency in servicenow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc.
