Assignment
The contractor must manage the expertise & drive process analysis, audit/re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current and future platforms together with key sponsors and stakeholders. She/He will ensure that the target solution follows ServiceNow best practices and Silva Golden Copy Design and is aligned with the Program Mission.
Business Process Consultant on ServiceNow ITOM AIOPs:
Functional/Technical competencies:
- Have a deep understanding and relevant experience on ITOM AIOPs & Cross Correlation Platform
- Have relevant experience in ServiceNow configuration
- Be able to understand the Silva ITOM & ITSM design
- Have relevant project management experience and be able to manage several open topics in parallel and steer them from end to end
- Be able to drive and explain the End to End Process to manage Event Management including AIOPs
- Be able to propose an approach aligned with the defined convergence objectives
- Be able to understand AXA's complex organization

Expected deliverables:
- Requirements gathering for a Statement of Work for ITOM AIOPs Foundations
- Top-level process design and scoping of the target solution
- Specify/document all the configurations to be considered
- Regular activity reporting on all aspects
