SAP CRM Functional Specialist
- Overall 8+ years of Functional experience mainly with SAP CRM Services (Contracts Management, Case Management, Install base, Service Finance Integration, Service Confirmation and Middleware)
- In-depth understanding of SAP CRM 7 technology for Service process- Complaints, Un house repairs, Service orders, FICO integration, Service contracts and RMA relations, Service contracts with Billing mainly R/3 with in-depth analysis of problem understanding and resolution, Equipment master, Material master, Customer, Pricing un depth understanding .at a high level
- Requires 3-5 years of Experience with SAP ECC SD or PS or PM/CS modules And good knowledge of CRM-ECC Sales and Services integration.
- Must have worked on 3 implementation projects. Experience both with Project & Production Support knowledge
- Mainly looking for CRM Services. ECC - CRM integration. SAP CRM Contract, Service Order Management. Cross-functional module integration, IBASE.
- Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area
- Strong understanding of business processes behind customer programs,
- Define and execute the unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live Support.
- Ensures consistent, timely and effective communications with internal and external stakeholders. Keep track of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams with minimal supervision.
- Should be highly self-motivated, self-driven and independent in daily operations.
