Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IITian to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain
- Management & ERP Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of technical and functional expertise in Supply Chain Management,
- Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Order-to-Cash process, Procure-to-Pay process, Finance and Accounting, and Human Capital Management
Responsibilities:
Functional
- Analyze and optimize the entire supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash and
Procure-to-Pay, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Implement and manage ERP systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations and finance and accounting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive results.
- Provide technical support for ERP systems, troubleshoot issues and ensure the optimal
functioning of the system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, providing guidance on the use of ERP systems and supply chain processes.
- Conducting research and analysis to support strategy development.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to gather information and provide insights.
- Analyze data and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate recommendations to BA Team.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in the consulting industry, and continuously improve skills.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, and gather requirements for software systems.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes that accurately reflect the design vision and user experience goals
Tech Part
- Participate in team projects and contribute to the development of best practices
- Design, develop, and maintain software systems to support research and academic activities.
- Create high-level, detailed technical wireframes and prototypes to illustrate the functionality, behaviour, and structure of applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in a variety of programming languages.
- Debug and troubleshoot software problems, and identify and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, faculty, and support staff.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring of software systems.
- Collaborate with software developers and researchers to support their workflows.
- Design and implement database schemas, tables, and stored procedures to support application requirements.
- Monitor database performance, resolve issues, and optimize database configurations for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery through regular backups, database replication, and other techniques.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in database administration, and continuously improve skills.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, and databases.

- Investigate and resolve production issues, and implement solutions to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in DevOps, and continuously improve skills.

- Collaborate with software developers, researchers, and other teams to ensure that requirements are well-understood and properly implemented.

Requirements:
- Bachelor & or Master & a degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field from IIT.
- Strong technical skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of Order-to-cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, Finance and Accounting, and Human Capital Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure that wireframes accurately reflect the technical requirements and constraints of the
project, including performance, scalability, and security
- Proficiency in wireframe design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, using tools such as SQL, Excel, or PowerBI.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a strong understanding of database design, administration, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of SQL and at least one major database management system, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- Interest in strategy development and consulting, and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong academic record, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming concepts.
- Knowledge of at least one major programming language, such as PHP, React, Java, Python, or C++.
- Familiarity with software development tools, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and development environments.
- Strong interest in academic and research activities, and a desire to contribute to their success
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle and business processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
