Job Description:
  • RightNow project Implementation experience/ Oracle Service Cloud applications
  • Abiity of conducting RightNow Integration with third party apps (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Experience in Customer Portal development is a must at least two end to end Projects
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong Customer portal design knowledge
  • Own the responsibility of development from definition through delivery
  • Exhibit strong design and development skills
  • Act as a mentor as well as an individual contributor
  • Conduct research and follow up in order to resolve complex challenges faced by the team
