Special Requirement
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Graduate Engineer from reputed college
  • At least 3 years of functional experience in HR domain
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of HR Kronos project and support
  • Experience in SAP HR Kronos configuration with focus on Kronos Workforce Central application (Timekeeping, Basic Scheduling, Global Time Off,  Accruals, Activities, Access profiles)
  • Hands-on experience Configuring/developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining.
  • Good understanding and Ability to configure WDM, IN touch Kronos clocks
  • Expertise in WIM and SQL queries
  • Understand the business environment of client mapped to SAP ERP
  • Use of consulting skills, business process knowledge  
  • Rich knowledge of SAP Kronos application and have deep in-sight of client’s business environment mapped to SAP ERP
Job Description:
  • Help the customer by providing ongoing application support of their SAP solution.
  • Provide global support without considering region barrier and perform defect resolution, incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for ECC & its satellite systems
  • ability to work on implementation projects based on new opportunities
  • Identify severities and priorities based on the level of issue
  • Understand the different SLA's and collaborate with the support team for expediting the resolution of tickets
  • Have coordination with Business users and the Support team
  • Request involvement of SAP Product Support if required
  • Proactively provide overall feedback to Production Support Manager
  • Monitor KPIs, report issues and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Grooming of juniors in the team and prepare them for Support activities
  • Achieve client expected business results
