IAM Architect – must have sailpoint IIQ
As a colleague within the identity and access management (IAM) domain you will
implement security policies within the IT landscape, guide internal customers through the
world of compliance and translate IAM requirements into workable solutions to improve
our employee journey. Together we ensure that VodafoneZiggo has its Identity and Access
Management systems are in order and are continuously developing!
Being part of an agile team, you are a team player and involved in a wide variety of
activities around the identification, implementation and running of required
improvements and changes to supporting systems and processes. You will be adopted
into a dedicated team of experts in the field and together continuously build towards the
product vision around Identity and Access management.
Together with the team, you translate complex requirements into actionable changes
within our IAM landscape and lead challenging changes within the Identity & Access
Management (IAM) domain. You will work with concepts like Access Control, User
Management, Identity Provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, Single Sign methods, Active Directory
and Database Management Systems and many more.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- You bridge business and IT by translating demand into comprehensive
solutions, gather requirements of stakeholders and manage expectations around
scoping of new functionality and changes.
- You help develop advanced architecture and engineering strategy to automate and
administer identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information
systems.
- You support the Product Owner in driving the strategy, planning and execution of
identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- You communicate and translate complex IAM policies and processes to end users
of the products and services in a language they can understand.
- You break down demand in smaller increments to be delivered based on their
value and write design documentation to support the delivery of the increments.
- You create and maintain standards and supporting documentation related to
identity processes, procedures and infrastructure.
- You assess the applications and architecture to ensure current implementations
align with industry guidelines, best practices and management-approved
standards.
- You help plan for implementing management's directives in the most secure manner
with the least disruption. Lead the restructuring of core processes such as
onboarding, certifications, RBAC, and identity life cycle processes.
- You advise not only the team but are able to guide leadership in IT Security,
IGA/IAM disciplines and relevant regulatory and industry best practices, threats
and vulnerabilities.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- You are experienced or passionate about the cybersecurity domain, with focus on
identity and access management processes. You bring 2+ years or experience
within Sailpoint IIQ.
- You are familiar and feel at home with working in an Agile environment
(understanding of Scrum, KANBAN, SAFe).
- IAM processes such as joiner, mover, leaver lifecycle events are not new to you or
you are interested in the subject and willing to become a subject matter expert of
IAM.
- You have excellent verbal skills, proficient in english. You speaking Dutch is a
bonus
- You understand the technologies underlying SailPoint, its limitations and strong
suits. You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure as a deployment platform
for SailPoint IIQ and an understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active
Directory
- Of course, you have in-depth knowledge of SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or IdentityNOW
products and IAM protocols such as SCIM, OAUTH, SAML, and OIDC.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
- Higher education or university level or comparable working experience.
- Certifications within the SailPoint IIQ family are a plus.
- Familiar with Single Sign On (SSO), AD, LDAP directories, SailPoint IIQ (version 8.3
or older)
