Job Description:

• Able to work independently on Support and enhancements with integration with other process areas
• Able to design end to end integration solution and Support. i.e. SuccessFactors, SalesForce other and interfaces System Configuration
• Create Functional Specifications for custom developments and work on the customization Carry out Unit Test (Functional), Feature Integration Test and Product Integration Test
• Well versed with ITIL Process and good in support engagement"

Desirable Skills :

• Used JSON and XML conversions, Groovy Script, content modifier, Local integration process, exception sub process, encoding etc.
• Used Message Mapping and Content Modifier for transformations
• CPI integration with other 3rd party external systems
• Experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using SAP Netweaver Process Integration end to end interfaces communications.
• Expert level on Programming User Defined Function UDF in Message Mapping, Lookup implementation in UDF or in standard functions: RFC Lookup, SOAP Lookup and JDBC Lookup.
• Extensive knowledge of Java, Service Oriented architecture SOA, NWA, iFlow, NW BRM and NWDS for development.
• Connectivity using ABAP Proxies: Inbound Proxy and Outbound Proxy.
• Well versed with Transport mechanism using CTS, File Transport system.
• Analyzing the functional specifications and designing the technical solution Has strong implementation and Support experience
• Knowledge on ITIL and support process with knowledge on service Now

• Extensive experience with full life cycle implementation and support experience on CPI3. Extensive experience with SuccessFactors integration
• Experience in SuccessFactors, Salesforce integration and Ellipse integration with SAP CPI
• Coordination with project teams, Client Interaction, Design Solutions, development, Testing, Troubleshooting.
• Discussions with Onsite counter parts to understand the functional specification document and finalizing the technical solution
• Created custom integration flows based on requirements - implemented Cloud to on premise, Cloud to Cloud Integrations
• Integration using IFLOWS, I/C
• Cloud Platform Integration with on premise and with other cloud based applications
• Implemented sequential and parallel multicasting for connecting multiple systems.
