A Sr UC Architect who can provide L3/L4 support for designing, planning, monitoring, management and troubleshooting of multi-vendor UC solution and leading a team of UC administrators, provide guidance to the team and be responsible for team deliverables.
Deep knowledge of Global_VoIP and Contact Center platforms;
CRM integration with contact center solutions;
Public as well as private cloud communication architectures that covers SaaS; IP networking, LAN/WAN switching and QoS;
Design Cloud Telephony dial plan and decide call routing/control protocols
Expertise and experience in Microsoft 365 Skype for Business Enterprise Voice ,Avaya and Cisco Unified Communication as well as Contact Center environment solutions (UM/VM, Call Recording and WFM, E911, Nuance speech recognition, and SBCs)
