we need a skilled Lead TPM profile , with overall Nokia Cloud/Paco/IMS knowledge and strong leadership skills to lead group of engineers for a complex upgrade project. !

Scope:
There is an existing VOLTE network which includes : Nokia NCS as a Cloud_Platform, Nokia Packet Core Solution and Nokia IMS Solution in general

The idea is to create a plan to upgrade this network in several steps and there are global teams appointed to execute the upgrades

The Lead TPM is needed to:

• Define upgrade strategy/path , by working together with Domain teams and Product Lines etc
• Cross check compatibility matrix for different network elements
• Lead remote Nokia teams , plans their activities according to the upgrade plans
• Monitor the progress and report properly to Delivery manager
• Act as a single point of contact in front of the customer for this upgrade project and establish a proper communication channel.
